At Bright School Kits, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality school supplies and an exceptional shopping experience. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange an item. To ensure a smooth process, we have outlined our return and exchange policy below:


Returns:

Eligibility: You may return kits or items within 14 days of delivery for a store credit or refund to the source of payment. To be eligible for a return, items or kits must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. If you ordered a school kit, the entire kit must be returned- we will not accept returns of the individual items within the kit.


Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return/exchange. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.


Return Shipping: 

For School Kits, customers are responsible for a $12 restocking fee to cover the cost of shipping and handling unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent, defective product). This fee will be deducted from the amount refunded or store credit amount received.


For individual items ordered, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost plus a $2 handling fee unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent, defective product). This fee will be deducted from the amount refunded or store credit amount received.


We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the items.


Exchanges:


Eligibility: If you received a defective or incorrect item and would like to exchange it for a replacement, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. 


Exchange Process: Our team will guide you through the exchange process and provide instructions on how to return the defective or incorrect item. Once we receive the item, we will ship out a replacement promptly.


Expedited Exchange: If you need the replacement item urgently, you have the option to place a new order for the item and request a refund for the defective or incorrect item following our return process.


Non-Returnable Items:


Customized or Personalized Items: Items that have been customized or personalized are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.


Digital Products: Digital products such as downloadable content or online access codes are non-returnable once they have been delivered.
