Orders take roughly 5 business days to process with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days. So, you can expect to receive your order in approximately 8-10 business days from the date of your purchase.

🏫 For Ship-to-School Orders: 
Your Kit Sale Organizer at your school will distribute your kit(s) either on the first day of school or at an event before the first day. Please reach out to your designated point of contact regarding kit distribution details.

What is your shipping policy?

We understand that sometimes mistakes happen, and you may have accidentally ordered the wrong school supply kit. Don't worry – we're here to assist you in getting the right kit for your needs. Here's what you need to do:

If you've realized that you've ordered the wrong school supply kit, please reach out to our dedicated support team at support@brightschoolkits.com, via our live chat (M-F, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. EST), or text us (502-610-5264) within 14 days of delivery. In your email, kindly include your order number and specify the correct kit you intended to order.

I ordered the wrong kit! Help! 

We understand how important it is for your child to have all the necessary supplies for school. If you've received your school supply kit and discovered that it's missing items, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Rest assured, we're here to make things right for you. Here's what you need to do:

1. Check Your Kit:
Before reaching out to us, please double-check your school supply kit to ensure that the missing items are not misplaced within the packaging or accidentally overlooked.

2. Contact Us:
If you've confirmed that items are indeed missing from your school supply kit, please contact our dedicated support team at support@brightschoolkits.com. In your email, kindly include your order number and a list of the missing items.

3. Wait for Our Response:
Once we receive your email, our support team will review your request promptly and respond within one business day. We understand the urgency of the situation and will work swiftly to address your concerns.

4. Replacement Items:
Rest assured that we will ensure replacement items are sent to your home at no additional cost to you. Our goal is to provide you with a complete school supply kit that meets your needs, and we'll do everything we can to make it right.

I am missing items in my kit. 

Separate Tracking Numbers
Firstly, it's important to note that all Bright School Kits are shipped with separate tracking numbers. This means that if you ordered multiple kits, each kit will have its own unique tracking number. Due to logistics and fulfillment processes, these kits may be shipped separately and could arrive a couple of days apart.

Check Your Tracking Number
To track the status of your kits and determine their whereabouts, please check the tracking number provided for each kit in your order confirmation email. By entering the tracking number into the designated carrier's website or app, you can monitor the delivery progress of each kit individually.

Kit Delivered but Not Received?
If your tracking number indicates that your kit has been delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend taking the following steps:

1. Verify Delivery Address: Double-check that the shipping address provided during checkout matches your current location. Sometimes, packages may be delivered to a neighbor or held at a local postal facility.

2. Wait a Little Longer: Occasionally, carriers may mark a package as delivered before it actually arrives. Give it an additional day or two to see if the kit shows up.

3. Contact Support: If you've confirmed the address and waited but still haven't received your kit or if you have any other questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our dedicated support team at support@brightschoolkits.com. You will receive a response from our team within one business day. We're here to assist you and ensure that you receive your school supplies promptly.

I ordered multiple kits but only received one. 

We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, a product may not meet your expectations. If you're unhappy with your school supply kit or item for any reason, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

How to Request a Refund:

If you're considering a refund for your school supply kit, we kindly ask you to follow these steps:

Contact Us: Please reach out to our dedicated support team at support@brightschoolkits.com within 14 days of your kit being delivered. We're here to listen to your concerns and assist you with the refund process.

Provide Details: In your email, kindly include your order number and a brief description of why you're seeking a refund. This information will help us understand your situation better and facilitate a swift resolution.

What is your refund policy?

Your order has not yet shipped, but don't worry - it will soon!  Please note that our processing time is approximately 5 business days from the date of your order. This includes the time it takes for us to prepare your items, quality check, and package them for shipment.

For kits sent directly to your school, no tracking number will be issued. Your kit will be ready for you on the distribution date chosen by your PTO/A Organizer or school administrator.
